Blaine is the Founder and President of Merit IT LLC and brings over 15 years of experience in providing essential technology support services to small businesses and non-profits. His strong work ethic and commitment to delivering the best possible solutions for his clients allowed him to work his way up from supporting end-users systems to designing, implementing, and supporting complex networks for clients.
Blaine is passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, which led him to establish Merit IT LLC. The company values its employees, client relationships, and doing the right thing. Under Blaine's leadership, Merit IT LLC has quickly become a trusted technology partner for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing the latest tools and strategies to solve complex technology challenges. His focus on building long-term partnerships with clients, partners, and teammates has contributed to the success of Merit IT LLC.
Outside of work, Blaine enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and their three kids, Landon, Declan, and Finley. His dedication to family and community is reflected in Merit IT LLC's core values, which emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving success for both clients and employees.
Kevin McGillicuddy
Kevin is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Merit IT LLC, bringing over 15 years of expertise in steering technology and outcomes for mid-size businesses all the way down to non-profits.
His passion lies in driving technical innovation through software, ensuring top-tier security, and empowering teams to achieve their best potential. With a proven track record, he has successfully led transformative initiatives that have made a substantial impact on the organizations he has served. Innovation is at the core of his approach. He has overseen and managed complex projects, including multiple company-wide ERP migrations, the adoption of Agile methodologies, service delivery overhauls and continuing to work with business units to drive value through custom software solutions. This commitment to better results also has led to the implementation of cloud-native solutions, compliance with various security and privacy standards, and spearheading change management initiatives to make development processes faster.
Kevin holds a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. With a Bachelors of Science from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He holds various industry recognized licenses and certifications in the information security and computer networking space, including CCNP, CCDA, GPEN and GSEC. He has also served on several local non profit boards.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. Reading books and hiking in national parks.
